The Equal Opportunity Cell of Shambhunath Mahavidyalaya, Tinhari, Parsupur, Mau is committed to promoting an inclusive, equitable, and supportive academic environment for all students and members of the college community. The Cell works to ensure that every individual receives equal opportunities in education, academic development, extracurricular activities, and other institutional facilities without discrimination.
The Cell creates awareness among students and staff regarding equality, social justice, human dignity, and the importance of respecting diversity. It also encourages students from disadvantaged and underrepresented sections of society to participate actively in academic and co-curricular activities and to make full use of the opportunities and facilities available in the college.
